Bear viewing at Lake Clark National Park surpassed my hopes of what it might be like. Starting with a seaplane flight from Anchorage and seeing Alaskan brown bears from the air even before landing and then getting to observe them up close, this is one of the most spectacular wildlife experiences I've had in Alaska.
