Sitka, Alaska is located on Baranof Island in Southeast Alaska. On the exterior of the Inside Passage, Sitka is less visited than it’s neighboring cities of Juneau or Ketchikan. Sitka is quiet but full of interesting things to do, especially if you’re interested in Tlingit culture or wildlife conservation.
