Fairbanks

Fairbanks, Alaska is really cool to visit in either the winter or summer. I see it more as a winter destination because we’re always so busy with other places in the summer, but it’s really wonderful in both. Fairbanks is a full on city with the beautiful Chena River running through it. It’s the gateway to the Arctic Circle, the Alaska Pipeline and many beautiful areas. During the winter, Fairbanks is THE place to go for epic Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) viewing. You’ll love it!
